Gustavo Adolfo  C\u00e1rdenas D\u00edaz, don\u00f3 al INSTITUTO DE DERECHO MERCANTIL, 60 ejemplares de  su obra titulada \u00abUNA INTRODUCCI\u00d3N EN ALGUNOS INSTRUMENTOS JUR\u00cdDICOS DEL  SISTEMA CONTRACTUAL UNIFORME INTERNACIONAL\u00bb con la cual pretende  introducir al lector a cuatro de los m\u00e1s importantes instrumentos  jur\u00eddicos internacionales del sistema contractual uniforme:<\/p>\n<p>a. La Convenci\u00f3n de Viena sobre Compraventa Internacional de Mercader\u00edas<\/p>\n<p>b. Los principios de UNIDROIT<\/p>\n<p>c. Los principios de Derecho Europeo de los contratos<\/p>\n<p>d. El anteproyecto del C\u00f3digo Europea de los Contratos.<\/p>\n<p>Trabajos como el del Lic. C\u00e1rdenas tienen como prop\u00f3sito lograr que  los colegas guatemaltecos empiecen a sumergirse en el campo del Derecho  Internacional Privado, especialmente en \u00e9stas \u00e9pocas en las que se hace  indispensable dar apoyo a empresarios nacionales y extranjeros en las  transacciones internacionales, pues nuestro pa\u00eds no escapa al fen\u00f3meno  de la globalizaci\u00f3n.
